Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold by psbprint.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Full Refunds or Replacements

Unopened and return within 30 days of delivery.

If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Partial Refunds

Unopened and return after 30 days of delivery. Usually we will refund 85% of the price sold and it is subject to change depence on each item.

Any item that has obvious signs of use.

Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Return shipping costs will be charged.

Items that are not returnable

psbprint.com does not accept returns of the following items:

Items that labelled "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page.

Printer / Fax / Copier Cartridge that has obvious signs of use. Item can be returned for reparation. Reparation costs, return & resend shipping costs will be charged.

Items purchased from sellers other than psbprint.com.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time to process our refund (2 - 3 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
